Weekend 80 minute Spin
This is a
Cycling pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 16074)
I used this program in my recent Ultraspin class and the class loved the music. It was very challenging, especially for an 80 minute class at 8:30 on a Sunday morning.
I am one of those instructors who does not like to time intervals. I prefer to listen to the music and let it take the class where it wants to go.
I'd love to hear your comments on the music/routines.
