Hi Everyone! Here is an awesome spin work out for you! Plus some cool tunes to use too!!
- Warm up/ seated flat little to no resistance - Vitamin R by Chevelle 65-70 % HRM
- Seated climb/ one to three resistance increases - Sweet Dreams by the Eurythmics 70% HRM
- Run with resistance / run and seated climb combo - Shake It Up by The Cars - 75% HRM
- Standing climb - go for 2 minutes up and 2 down - Charlene by Missing Heart 75 - 80% HRM
- Jumps!! - Come Closer by 4 Strings 80 - 92% HRM
- Seated climb / rolling hill - Song 2 by Blur 80 % HRM
- Run with resistance - Barracuda by Heart 80 - 92 % HRM
- Stand and climb - La Luna by Blank and Jones (I love this song) 85% HRM
- Seated climb / run - Broken by Seether, 80% and low
Start taking the heart rate down and stretch out!!
