Sonia's 96 Point Warm-Up
This is a
Warmup pattern from

(pattern 16082)
This is a basic horizontal step warm-up. Email any questions.
- Right, 2x Basic (8)
- Right, 1x V-step (4)
- Right, 1x V-slide (4)*
- Right, 2x Hustle forward and back on the floor (16) the short end of the step is on your right.
- Right, 2x Grapevine behind the step on the floor right and left (you end near the SW corner) (8)
- Right, 2x Step touch on each corner of the step (I.e., tap up, walk down) (8)
- Right, 1x Double tap up in the center of the step, walk down left/right/left/right (8)**
- Left, 2x Mambo (8)
- Left, 8x-lift moves of your choice, mix 'em up, alternate leads; OR 4 lifts, 2 repeaters; or 4 repeaters (32) note***
Repeat with a left lead.
V-slide:
1,2) up wide in a V-step right/left,
3,) right foot crosses behind right to the floor off the SW corner,
4) left steps next to right.
**Instead of a double tap up you can do a tap 'n' clap repeater if you want:
1) step up right,
2-6) tap left up, down, up, down, up (clap each time you tap up),
7,8) walk down left and right.
***Note: As I work through the warm-up I like to change these last 32 counts making it a little more intense each time.
