- 3 Right basics / 1 hop turn to other side
- 3 Left basics / 1 hop turn home
- 4 Corner to corner knees
- * Power knees @ the world
- 1 Basic
- 2 Repeater knee {face mirror}
- 1 Jack
* Power knees @ the world = FUN!
Think about going @ the world but ADDING an extra knee every corner.
EASY TO EXPLAIN:
- 1 Corner knee step down into a straddle
- 2 Repeater knee turn to the opposite corner
- 3 Repeater corner knee step down into a straddle
- 4 Repeater corner knee step down facing mirror into that 1 basic
When you finish that last basic, you will have completed a 32 count exercise.
