Hi everyone.I have been using various combinations from this site for the last year and think your all fab. Thanks for all you help. Here is an idea you may want to try or adapt, have fun.
Warm up ; 5-10 minutes own format
Main Section
Join group up in long line holding hands to space them out evenly loose hands. Start jogging round pool, roll arms like you are a train on a journey, power the engines pick up speed, keep together (as they get going explain to them that we are on a train journey with lots of sights and things to do. Each session is about 1 minute when you have got into the next move ask the leader to jog to the back of the train to give everyone a chance at the front. Make them snake round the pool so the leader is taking them on a journey.)
- After the 1 minute run;
- On spot; jump jacks (tell them we are at the station opening doors)
- BLOW WHISTLE; off we go;
- Here are a list of ideas on the way;
- Moving; cross country sking
- Stationary; tuck jumps (picking up mail)
- Moving; skipping
- Stationary; shoot jumps (unloading mail)
- Moving; hold right hands side shuffles
- Stationary; outer thighs
- Moving; hold left hands side shuffles
- Stationary; frog jumps (frogs on track)
- Jumping fences; right leg 30 seconds, left leg 30 seconds
- Stationary; feet flat punching arms under water (fight on track)
- Moving; running
- Stationary; high kicks (station entertainmant)
- Moving; run to finish.
