right heel taps on the BOSU and begin turning toward your left (1),
step over the BOSU (straddle) with right leg while you face left (2),
left heel taps on the BOSU and begin turning toward your left again - end this move facing back with both feet on the floor (3-4),
right heel taps on the BOSU and begin turning toward your left again (5),
step over the BOSU (straddle) with right leg while you face the right side of the room (6),
left heel taps on the BOSU and begin turning toward your left again - end this move facing front with both feet on the floor (7-8)
+++Funky repeater glute = step onto the BOSU with right leg and do a left knee lift (1-2),
extend left leg back into a power glute (3-4),
hold glute lift (5-6),
step down to floor (7-8)
