Hi everyone! Thanks for your suggestions. They are great and very helpful! Here is mine:
- Simple ROCKING HORSE with the right leg (a right knee in front and left straight leg in back; arms by the sides, bend the forarms up (palms are up or scoop water up) and extend them down (palms are down or scoop water down)) 8 times
- KICKING HORSE with the right leg (kick to front with the right leg, the left leg is straight and goes back; arms: breast-strokes) 8 times
- ROCKING HORSE W/STRAIGHT LEGS (right straight leg goes to front, the left leg is straight and goes to back; arms: open to the back as much as possible and close to front or even cross in front)
In my classes I do 3 sets of 8 times of these 3 types of rocking horse, without switching the legs. That's mean: right leg - simple rocking horse (8 times), kicking rocking horse (8 times), rocking horse with straight legs (8 times), simple rocking horse (8 times), kicking rocking horse (8 times), rocking horse with straight legs (8 times), simple rocking horse (8 times), kicking rocking horse (8 times), rocking horse with straight legs (8 times). Than I tell to switch to the left leg and do 3 sets.
Enjoy!
