So I told them to put on those 74% resistance, something that makes it 1. easy to climb, 2. difficult to jog and 3. very hard to run. And then I told them that we are not to change that resistance for the entire class (after the warm up that is). We did 3 minutes climb, 2 minutes jog and 1 minute run, again and again and again. Music was techno|house and there was a lot of mind&body to that workout, quite a sensation. Another time we did the same as one third of a 60 minute class, also nice. Enjoy!
