This is a
Step pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 16414)
- Walk forward 4 (walk up 2, 3, 4)
- Walk back 4 (walk back 2,3,4)
- Ham curl straddle ham curl (up ham curl, straddle, up ham curl, exit other side)
- 3 Knee repeater
- 1 Mambo 1 pivot on the floor
- Turnstep with squat 2x
- K-step 2 (see dictionary for info) kinda like a sideways V-step)
I build on this step pattern.....starting with one segment building to the next & it can take up to 10 minutes to finish this one. Don't front load....let them get the hang of it and then add the next phase to stretch what you've got.
