Move To All The Walls
This is a
Hi/Lo pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 16417)
This pattern is an old one from 24Hour Fitness. It's fun because you move in all four directions without a any complicated movements so your participants can really get their heart rates up.
- 2x Double, single, single knees forward (16)
- 4x Lunges, side to side (8)
- 1x Single, single, double jog backwards and turn to the right (8)
- 1x Double hustle with a turn (You are traveling to the right wall) (8)
- 1x Double hustle with a turn (You are traveling to the left wall) (8)
- 1x Grapevine right & left (that's to the back wall) (8)
- 6x Stride in place (6)
- 1x Jack turning back to the front wall (2)
When doing the double/single/single knees, it's easiest to stay in place on the double knee and only move forward when doing single knees.
When doing the single/single/double jog backwards, don't turn to the right until you've jogged all the way back.
After doing the Jack, you'll have to cue which foot to step down with so you get to the left-foot lead.
Enjoy!
