- Hi lo kicks x31
- Reverse turn x1

Block 4
- Charlie x1
- Side mambo x1
- L-step x1
- Indecision x2
- Blast 2
- Pulse squat 4 and shoot over break down into 2 and shoot
- Lunges off sides 4 sets of 8 into 1/4 turns and repeat in 8 counts ending with lunges off side single, single, double x2 then 2 singles and exit into shooter off small end x1
- 1/2 L-step x1

- Diagonal over x1
- Popback x1 (aka airplane)
