Someone asked for a cooldown & the boys of summer are back:
FOLLOW THE YELLOW BRICK ROAD:
- Triple step up 4x, then walk back 8 (16 count)
- Change to triple step up 3x & pivot turn, triple step back & pivot turn (16 count)
BASEBALL:
- DEMO - Slow right foot taps front, side, back and home. Repeat with left foot.
- TEMPO - Slow taps change to front, side, back, home. The "back" tap disappears a little because at the "home", I add a jump up and clap.
FINISHED 32 COUNT:
- Follow the yellow brick road, adding big strides and hip action (16)
- CUE "BASEBALL - first, second, third, HOME!" repeat 2 times right and left (16)
Use the hop change your lead to left and repeat. Very simple, but it gives our legs a good stretch! Go Sox!
