- V-step on the floor x2 right leg lead
- Alternating squat right and left
- Step touch left and right x4
- Single, single double hams x1
- Grapevine in an "L" shape
- Inside leg mambo x2
- Grapevine in an "L" home
- Step touch right and left x4
- 4 Knee repeater x1
- Single hams x4
- Double knee x2
- Mambo x2
- Now change the last block to
- One knee into 3 heel digs or one knee into 2 heeldigs and 1 jack center
- Now turn those hams
- Double knee step through and double knee with the back leg (Rob Glicks cardio party move)
- Mambo x2 stays the same
- Jacks x4
- Power squats x2
- Alternating knee x2
- 3 Knee repeater x1
