32-count Boxaerobics

Hi All,
These are all basic 32-count combinations. I do crazy choreography in step, so when I teach box I like to keep it simple. I have a lot of men in box too and they don't seem to like too much choreography. So if you are looking for something basic and efficient, here you go:
Wide stance
(arms to front, pivots in place)
- Jab, jab, hook, hook
- Rib, rib, body, body (body is a really low and close upper)
- Jab, jab, hook, hook
- Rib, rib, body, body (rib is a low hook)
- Low speed bag, high speed bag
- Low speed bag, high speed bag
- Squat, right front kick, squat, left front kick
- Squat, right front kick, squat, left front kick
- Cross, knee, cross, side kick
- Lunge, lunge, double lunge (now you are on other lead)
- Cross, knee, cross, side kick
- Lunge, lunge, double lunge
- Bob, weave, knee (3), down, (now other way) bob, weave, knee, down
- Shuffle right, cross, shuffle left, cross
- 4 Jacks
- 8 Skiers
- Walk 4 front kicks up
- 4 Alternating side kicks
- Walk 4 front kicks back
- 4 Alternating side kicks
- 2 Left knee, jab, cross, jab, cross
- 1 Left knee, 1 right upper, 1 left side kick, right cross
- 8 Jacks
**Now do on other side
