- 3 Left charleston, A-step to right side of step, facing front (16)
- Repeat all with right lead (32)
- Weighted lunges on step, side lunges, reverse lunges (I do 16 counts of each, throw in some pulses, etc.)
- 1 Knee left corner, 1 knee right corner (traveling knees) (8)
- 1 Repeater knee left (8)
- Repeat opposite sides (16)
- 1 Kick left corner, 1 kick right corner (8)
- 1 Repeater kick left (8)
- Repeat opposite sides (16)
- Shoulder press, upright row, hammer lat raise, front raise
