High-Intensity (and Super-Fun) Step Pattern
This is a
Step pattern from

(pattern 16575)
- V-step with right lead x2 (8)
- 1 L-step with right lead (8)
- V-step with left lead x2 (8)
- 1 L-step with left lead (8)
Repeat with both right and left leads for 64 counts total.
Add on:
- V-step with right lead x2 (8)
- 1/2 L-step with right lead (4)*
- 2 Jacks (4)
- Finish L-step (4)
- V-step with left lead x2 (8)
- 1/2 L-step with left lead (4)
- 2 Jacks (4)
- Finish L-step (4)
Repeat with both right and left leads.
Add on:
- V-step with right lead x2 (8)
- 1/2 L-step with right lead (4)
- 2 Jacks (4)
- Across the top x2 (8)**
- Finish L-step (4)
- Power squat (4)***
Repeat with left lead! This really raises the heart rate!
* A 1/2 L-step leaves you to the side of the bench.
** Across the top means crossing the bench longways. If this is too high-intensity for your participants, they can do this on the floor.
*** A power squat is a wide-stance squat on the floor, followed by two hops in the center with hand claps.
