Mira's Hi/Lo Combo #1
This is a
Hi/Lo pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 16578)
- March x4, lunge side right and left,lunge backwards right and left, right and left... repeat once more.
- Double step right, double point left, double step left, double point right... repeat once more.
- V-step front, V-step back (1-2-3-4 forward, 5-6-7-8 backward)... repeat once more.
- Walk forward x3, knees up in place x3, walk backward x3, knees up in place x3... repeat once more.
- Heel dig x 3 (right,left,right), run x 3 (run,run,run)... repeat 2 more times then go directly into step touch x4.
- "L-step" to the left (double step left with 1/4 turn, double step to front, double step to the back with 1/4 turn, double step right)... repeat once more.
- Heel dig x 3 (left,right,left), run x 3 (run,run,run)... repeat 2 more times then go directly into step touch x4.
- "L-step" to the right (double step right with 1/4 turn, double step to front, double step to the back with 1/4 turn, double step left)... repeat once more.
Enjoy! This has been very popular as it applies for those who cannot jump and for those who want to jump.
