- Stomp:
(1) Rock step right on left corner (left foot slightly lifted)
(2-3) down-down left/right

- Option for stomp x2, up-up (8) (ends on top of left end of bench):
(1) Rock step right forward on left corner (left foot slightly lifted)
(2-3) down-down left/right
(4) Rock step left backward on floor (right foot slightly lifted)
(5-6) Walk x2 right/left on floor
(7-8) Up-up right/left

- Option for stomp x2, down-down (8) (begins on top of left end of bench):
(1) Rock step right forward on floor in front of bench (left foot slightly lifted)
(2-3) Up-up left/right
(4) Rock step left backward on floor behind bench (right foot slightly lifted)
(5-6) Up-up right/left
(7-8) Down-down left/right

- Double-stomp:
(1) Rock step right on left corner (left foot slightly lifted)

- Rock step on & over (from straddle):
(1) Rock step right on (i.e., up right on bench slightly lifting left foot)
(2) Rock step left off (i.e., down left behind bench slightly lifting right foot)
(3) Rock step right in front (i.e., step right on floor in front of bench slightly lifting left foot)
(4) Rock step left off (i.e., down left behind bench slightly lifting right foot over bench)

- Option double-tempo rock step on & over (from straddle):
(1) Rock step right on (i.e., up right on bench slightly lifting left foot)

(2) Rock step right in front (i.e., step right on floor in front of bench slightly lifting left foot)

- 1/4 Hop-knee off back and finish repeater (begin facing left short end):

- Diagonal over, box&cha behind bench (aka walkaway twist):
(1-2) Step up-up right/left moving toward left-front corner of the room
(3-4) Step down-down left/right in front of bench moving toward left-front corner of the room
(5) Cross right in front of left
(6) Left foot steps toward left wall while rotating torso clockwise
(7AND8) Cha-cha-cha (aka triple-step) right/left/right moving behind bench to face right-front corner
