This is an
Aquatic pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 16583)
- Jog up and back diagonal x8
- Ski moguls in place x8
- Jacks x8
Break down to 4x each move and on the jacks turn it 1/4 for each jack
Travel the pool and bring it back home
In place
- Rocking horse right lead x8
- High kicks x8
- Double bounce x8 and repeat with lead change
- X4 for the block now make changes
- Rocking horse moving up right lead
- High kicks move back
- Double bounce in place x4
- And repeat with lead change
- Hop thrust forward and bwd x6
- Tuck jumps x8
- Break down to 4
- Hopscotch up
- Elbow to knee move back
Remember have them travel the pool in between each new block, then combine all the blocks at the end
Then last 20 minutes strength, stretch and if you are working with an older group ROM joint mobility movements
