Ginger h20 #2

This is an Aquatic pattern from (pattern 16583)

Break down to 4x each move and on the jacks turn it 1/4 for each jack

Travel the pool and bring it back home

In place

Remember have them travel the pool in between each new block, then combine all the blocks at the end

Then last 20 minutes strength, stretch and if you are working with an older group ROM joint mobility movements
