B-town Hi-Lo
This is a
Hi/Lo pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 16679)
- V-step right lead
- Reverse V-step right lead *
- Step right left knee up, facing back wall and towards the left corner
- Step down left, right while turning to front left corner
- Step left, right knee up left knee up (now facing front again)
- Chasse to left, back mambo right
- Step right, left hamstring, right hamstring
- Mambo right, rock right (32 counts total)
- 4 Alternating hamstring curls moving back, left first
- 4 Alternating knees (you spin and move right with these end up facing back wall for high, or stay front for lo)
- Mambo right cha,cha,cha as you turn 180
- Mambo left cha,cha,cha turn 180
- Step right, left knee repeat X4
Now you can do it all on the left
* Instead of a regular V where right foot hits right corner left foot left corner. A reverse V the right foot hits the left corner as you turn to the back of the room, left foot hits right corner and you still close it up right, left.
