Tara's lethal combo class
This is a

This is a great class to break up the step and sculpt class. I have the students set up two steps, one at 2 tier and one at 4 tier. This can be altered to fit individual needs. The step should be side by side with about 5 feet in between them.
Cardio 1
- 2 Right basic 2 left basic
- Turnstep 1x, over the top 1x, turnstep 1x, over the top 1x
- V-step right 4x
- Repeat turn and over sequence other direction
- V-step left 4x
- Up jack down jack (right lead)
- L-step right repeater 8 knees
- L-step left repeater 8 knees
- Hamstring corners 8 x
- Superman (a jumping glute squeeze with cirle arms) corners 8x
- Grapevine right/left and drop to a push out on the step (repeat 8x)
Repeat this entire routine on the 4 tiered step
Sculpting cardio 1 (need 8 pound weights)
- Bicep curls while stepping on the step 8x
- Alternate on floor
- Bicep curls while stepping on 4 tier step 8x
- 8 On the floor
- 8 Hammer curls on ground, 8 jack with feet only (repeat 8 times)
- Tricep dips on 4 tiered
- 8 High knees
- Repeat 4 times
Combo 2 Cardio
- 2 Right basic
- 2 V-step
- 2 X-step
- Up and lunge 8x (repeat from top with left)
- Charleston knee with punch right side 8x
- Repeater ham right 8x
- Repeater knee 8x
- A-step 8x run around and repeat with left lead from charleston
- Do entire combo on the 4 tiered step
Sculpting cardio 2
- Deltoids with 5 pound weights combining with squats and lunges
- CUE: squat out to side deltoid lateral lift, lunge back same left, deltoid frontal lift (16x right, 16x left.
- One first step, step straddle with deltoid military press 16x
- Repeat the same on the four tiered step.
Last cardio
- 4 Right basic grapevine to the 4 tiered step and repeat
- 4 Left basic grapevine to the 4 tiered step and repeat
- 8 Kicks corner corner grapevine and repeat on 4 tiered step
- 8 Knees corner corner grapevine and repeat on 4 tiered step
- 8 Supermans corner corner grapevine and repeat on 4 tiered step
- 8 Turns corner corner grapevine and repeat on 4 tiered step
- Finish with push-ups (8 and then 8 jacks, repeat 8 times)
- Standing Oblique abs and 100 crunch routine
- Throw in some glute work with bands at the end and you have an awesome60 minute class. keep the intensity up the whole time!
