- 6. Wake Me Up Inside - Evanesence 3:59 Seated and standing climbing pyramid. 30 seconds seated, 30 seconds standing, 40 seconds seated, 40 standing and so on throughout the song. Everytime they went into the standing climb I had them add resistance.

- 10. Baby Boy - Sean Paul and Beyonce 4:04 Sprint intervals- sprint 15, seated flat 15, sprint 30, seated flat 30, sprint 45, seated flat 45, and so on throughout the song.
