Well, this is my first ever combo posted here, I've gotten heaps of great stuff from Turnstep, I hope you like this one! It's great for Boot Camp or Interval Training, please email me with any questions!!
Here is a great combo I tried out in my Boot Camp class and my participants LOVED it!
Using a bench with 1 or 2 sets of risers. 1 minute triceps dips on edge of bench, 1 minute mountain climbers (hands on bench under shoulders, chin up, when minute is up, stand SLOWLY, grabbing bench on your way up, start a heel run (or march for low option) raise bench over head in canoe carry (arms overhead, holding bench on narrow sides, like you would carry a canoe to the water)and heel run for 1 minute. Bring bench down to floor and march on the spot to bring heart rate down and go through combo one more time! This is a fun combo for an interval class. I bookend it with strength moves.
