After warming up
- Squats 4 sets of 8 singles
- 3 Count down up on 4 x4
- Pulse it 4 sets of 8
- Turn right into lunge position 4 sets 8 singles
- 3 Count down up on 4 x4
- Pulse 4 sets 8
- Turn left back to squat and repeat but break down reps 2 sets of 8 singles 2 sets 3 count down up on 4
- 2 Sets of pulse
- This time turn left into lunge position and repeat all reps to even out sides
As you are pulsing in the lunge position keep it going turning your body from lunge, squat, lunge other side, taking it from 8 to 4 to 2 to singles
- March it out
- March on top of vertical board
- Straddle down right x8
- Straddle knee lift x8
- Repeater straddle x4 and exit right
- Hi/low kicks 2 sets 8
- Side mambo x8
- Take the side mambo into one leg hops over and back x4
Repeat from straddle but left leg leads
Upper Body
- Back to vertical board on right side
- Repeater tap down x4
- Squat across x4
- Change the repeater into a repeater crossover on the third knee lift and crossover to exit off the other side
- Add squat across final break down is repeater knee crossover the top x1
- Squat across and back
Next combo on board
- Over x1
- Power squat x1
- Turn x1
- Jacks x2
Upper body
- Bicep, triceps and shoulders
Go to abs and stretch
