Morning add on, and on, and on

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 16324)

First, thank you to all who post patterns are lifesavers for those of us who balance teaching classes with busy "other" lives! It is long past my turn to post something, so here it is.

This is a pattern I've been doing with my beginner class for a while now, they seem to enjoy it and as we've progressed, we've increased intensity as noted.

I made this up as a warm up, so I'd start with the Basic step, right and left, add on the V-steps, return to the beginning, etc. Now I often use it straight through as a "filler" combination while I dream up the next moves! It is not tapless, but it transfers lead from Right to Left with almost every move, so it flows pretty well. Have fun!

* Basic with tap lunge: simply do a basic right lead but rather than "tap" to switch lead legs, you lunge back behind you (on the floor). I cue this "basic right and lunge back, basic left and lunge back".

** Turnstep with a tap lunge: same as above, only turning. Turnstep right lead, left foot lunges back on floor rather than tap.

*** Knee, straddle, hop back three: step right (1), left knee up (2), straddle right (3), left (4). Both feet hop back on floor three times (5, 6, 7) and bring feet together at West end (8).
