Hi/Lo Warmup

This is a Warmup pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 16325)

Then go into inner thigh stetches, reach and pulls, hip flexor stretches, etc. on the right side.

Then stretches on the left side.

Everyone should be nice and warm! :)
