Hi everyone!! All combos are 32 counts and self-reversing.
Combo #1
- Alternating hamcurls to each corner (8)
- Rocking horse with hop turn (8)
- Mambo left, hop turn (8)
- Knee repeaters (8)
Repeat left
Combo #2
- Lunge (8)
- Reverse V-step x2 (8)
- Alternate kicks on top (left,right,left) front/side/front (8)
- 2 Knee repeaters and step knee on top and exit (8)
Repeat left
Combo #3
- Double stomp to left corner, single stomp to right corner (8)
- Scissor over (over the top), mambo left (8)
- Shuffle around or walk x4 (4)
- Hop up and shake it :) (4)
*Turnstep x2 (8)
Repeat left
Combo #4
- L-step x2 (16)
- Skate on top (3 alternating hamcurls on top) (8)
- Karate knee (step knee and walk back and kick, then walk back to bench) (8)
Repeat left
