- 1 Plyo jack + 1 slow big bob (right) (8)
- 2 Jacks + double bob n' weave (8)
- Two right fast jabs toward the center (face left) + duck face center (4)
- 2 Monkey* squats (going backwards) (4)
- Right side kick (to the right) + squat left (4)
- Jump kick (4)
* Monkey squats - squat feet parallel, butt back, chest lifted, touch the floor with hands each time you squat
Warm up-
- Right jab forward + jab side (in a shuffle/bounce) (4)
- Right double jab forward (fast) + double jab side (4)
- Long grapevine** + 1 jack (8) - the grapevine is 6 count and jack is 2 count
- Alternate right/left knees up
** Long grapevine - starts as regular grapevine but instead of finishing on fourth count with feet together the left goes over right and finishes the second grapevine. (step right, left steps behind right-step right left goes over right, step right and feet together)
- 2 Right knees (pulling diagonal) (4) (face left)
- 180 Degree switch in a squat + 180 degree switch in a squat back to facing left (4) (you can keep switching without a squat to start and for beginners)
- Run with high knees (4)
- Alternate knees up (4)
- Right front kick forward + left back kick back (4)
- Right front kick forward + left leg lunge back (kick n' lunge) (4) (to add intensity tell them to touch the floor when they lunge back, watch for poor posture)
- 1 Plyo jack (4)
