This is a
BoxAerobics pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 16335)
- 3 Fast alternating jabs 2x (right/left/right-left/right/left) (8)
- Hook hook (right/left) (4)
- Upper upper (right/left) (4)
- 2 Side kicks (right leg, toward right) + low squat left
- Hook, upper, hook (alternating) + grab right knee, left front kick (after the front kick plant the foot forward/step forward, this will change your lead and you start on the other side) Cue: hook, upper, hook, grab knee other side... you'll be going forward so start in the back of the room, when you get all the way to the front, you can jack it back, or jump rope or squat hops back or bob n' weave, etc.
- Step cross side kick 2x, traveling right. (8) (the cross is leg crossing leg like in a grapevine)
- 2 Air jumps (high), lunge side to side with a jab forward (go back with step cross kick)
