- Right leg front kick (1,2)
- Left leg back kick (3,4)
- Right leg front kick (5,6)
- Left leg side kick (7,8)
- Jumping jack - right jab - jumping jack - left jab (16-24)
- 4 Knees up right-left-right left (25-32)
- Jumping jack - right kick - jumping jack -left kick (33-40)
- 4 Knees back right-left-right-left (41-48)
- Alternating cross jabs right-left (49-52)
- Alternating hook jabs right-left (53-56)
- Alternating undercuts right-left (57-60)
- Bob and weave right-left (60-64)
I do either an easy jump rope or serious of jumping jacks than switch the left lead and repeat the set. It is pretty easy to teach and the class feels great when they know they have done what appears to be hard to learn! Best of luck.
