Basic warmup routine simple but effective, enjoy!
Section 1
- 1x Grapevine right ending with a curl (4)
- 2x Hamstring curls 'L' shape (4)
- 2x Grapevines (to the front and to the back) (8)
- 2x V-step left (to the back and to the front) (8)
- Jog forward and back (8)
Repeat on the left
