Warm up:
- In horse stance, hands on guard, twist torso right/left/right/left (4)
- Bob n' weave right (4)
- Run backwards (back pedal) (4)
- Double stomp - plie squat with right foot stomp, first stomp is you getting into the squat, second stomp is you lifting right foot and stomping in a squat, hands on guard (4)
- Run forward (4)
- Double stomp other leg (4)
- Grapevine right/left (8)
- 3 Roundhouses (right leg) side, diagonal, center-facing left wall (6)
- 1 Jack (2) still facing left wall
- Squat thrust - facing left wall (8)
- Right front kick, right side kick (4)
- Lunge n' punch down - lunge to left with right arm punching toward left foot (2)
- Squat center with right elbow slam (2)
- 3 Alternating jabs 2x - right/left/right left/right/left (fast!!!) (8)
- 2x Hooks right/left (4)
- 2x Uppercuts right/left (4)
- Crescent kick + squat (4) or slower (8)
