Warm up: right lead
- Jab, jab, cross (right,right,left) (4)
- Hook, upper, upper (right,left,left) (4)
- Run forward + squat (8)
- Run backwards + squat (8)
- 4 Sumo squats right/left/right/left optional: add arms (circles in to out-up/down) (8)
- Right front kick, left side kick (to left) (low) (4)
- Right double round house to right (low) in the air (4)
- Low jacks arms out to the side and in front (you're jacking with bend knees, plie out,knees together in) (4)
