This is a
BoxAerobics pattern from

(pattern 16351)
Warm up: right lead
- 3 Jabs + left kick back (4)
- Right front kick (2)
- 3 Jacks (6)
- Grapevine with left side kick on forth count (4)
- Do other side, it will take you back to center
- Shuffle right (4)
- 2 Monkey squats in place (low squats touching the floor with fingers, chest up!) (4)
- Alternating jabs right/left/right/left (4)
- 2 Right knees up (4)
- 2 Right side kicks (4) low
- Grapevine left
- Shuffle right (4)
- Shuffle left with right power knee (4) - after second count on shuffle, slightly lift left knee and switch with right power with pulling arms (cue: shuffle, shuffle, grab, knee)
