Paper Combo 20

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 16352)

Warm up:

*Birdman - split squat power switches, every time your feet are on the floor you're touching your front ankle with both fingers when in the air (switching leads) arms are above head, this is very quick, if too quick because your bpm, or beginners, keep hands on guard and keep switching only. When done continuously, you look like you're flying. You can compromise by bringing the arms only half way up.

** Spin back kick - after kicking forward with right side kick toward center, plant the foot down, face the back of the room and left back kick it toward mirror, look first then kick.
