This is a
BoxAerobics pattern from

Warm up:
- 4 Torso twist right/left/right/left + bob n' weave (8)
- 2 Right knees + 1 jack + left kick back (8)
- Shuffle right + left hook pivot on fourth count, face right wall (4)
- Shuffle left + right knee up on fourth count (4) cue: shuffle, shuffle, shuffle, up
- Jump rope shuffle + 2 jacks (8)
- Jab, cross, upper, upper (alternate) (4)
- Shuffle right + hook pivot on fourth ct.
- Back pedal-toward left wall, facing right wall (4)
- Squat center (4)
- 2 Birdman* + jump rope (8)
*Birdman - split squat power switches, every time your feet are on the floor you're touching your front ankle with both fingers when in the air (switching leads) arms are above head, this is very quick, if too quick because your bpm, or beginners, keep hands on guard and keep switching only. When done continuously, you look like you're flying. You can compromise by bringing the arms only half way up.
- Two front kicks right/left (4)
- Right side kick toward center (2)
- Spin back kick*]toward center (2)
- 2 Left knees (face right wall) (4)
- 180 Degree switch (face left wall) (4)
- Jack -face left wall, jack face center (4)
- Bunny hop center (hop with knees high, arms are pumping-almost like stomping) (4)
** Spin back kick - after kicking forward with right side kick toward center, plant the foot down, face the back of the room and left back kick it toward mirror, look first then kick.
