This is a pattern I taught to my beginners class last week and they loved it! It is fairly simple for even the absolute beginner to pick up but gives a bit of room to add higher impact options.
Hope it is of use to someone else as I have had some great routines from this site and thought I ought to give some back!!

First Combo
- 4 Step touch forward (8 counts)
- 2 Box steps (9-16)
- 4 Step touch Back (17-24)
- 2 Box steps (25-32)
Second Combo
- Grapevine (4)
- 2 Hamstring curls (5-8)
- Grapevine (9-12)
- 2 Hamstring curls (13-16)
Repeat
Third Combo
- March (or jog) forward (4)
- 2 Jacks (5-8)
- March back (9-12)
- 2 Jacks (13-16)
Repeat
Fourth Combo
- 4 Heel digs (8)
- 4 Calf raises (8)
