This can be a very aerobic workout if you tell your students to make it as intense as they can.
Move #1
- Jog in place
- 20 Big arms circle in front/cup hands
- 20 Big arms cirle behind/cup hands
Combo A:
- 20 Kicks forward (travel up/back)
- 20 Kicks backwards (travel up/back)
- 40 Jacks (high intensity)
- 40 Jacks (low in water)
- Repeat move #1
- Add water weights and repeat combo A
Combo B:
- 20 Side kicks (one leg at a time keep one grounded)
- 20 Pendulum swings (travel)
- 40 Jacks-arms bicep curls (bend arm into chest)
- 40 Jacks-arms tricep curls (bend arm down)
- Repeat move #1
- Add water weights and repeat combo B
Combo C:
- 20 X ski (high intensity) (travel)
- 20 X ski (low in water) (travel)
- 40 Jacks chest press arms
- 40 Jacks tuck knee up (hug knees)
- Repeat move #1
- Add water weights and repeat combo C
Combo D:
- 20 Rocking horse (travel up/back)
- 20 Rocking horse (straigt leg, clap hands under lifting leg) (travel)
- 40 Jacks arms clapping in front of chest
- 40 Jacks arms clapping overhead
- Repeat move #1
- Add water weights and repeat combo D
The traveling is optional, depending on students, cue them that traveling will increase heartrate. Have fun.
