Combo 1
- (1-8) 3 walks (or jogs) forwards and kick, repeat backwards
- (9-12) Hamstring curl x2
- (13-16) Triple pony* (option: turning)
- (17-32) 3 knee repeater x2 (as if using a step) (option: change second knee to a switch)**
Repeat other side
Combo 2
- (1-8) Grapevine with 3 alternate hamstring curls (turn second curl to face right side, third curl to face back)
- (9-12) 1/2 mambo and 2 walks (turning to face the front)
- (13-16) V-step
- (17-18) Shift weight side to side
- (19-20) Shuffle to side
- (21-24) Repeat last 2 lines
- (25-32) Double kick x2
Repeat other side
Combo 3
- (1-8) Tiptoe backwards and forwards***
- (9-12) Grapevine
- (13-16) Calf raise x2 (option: jump forwards, backwards, left, right)
- (17-24) Rhythm squat**** x2
- (25-32) Double side step x2

* Triple pony (1) step right foot on the spot (&) step onto ball of right foot (2) step right foot on the spot (&) step onto ball of left foot (3) step right foot on the spot (&) step ontp ball of left foot (4) step right
** 3 knee repeater with switch (1-2) step forwards left and lift right knee (3) lunge right leg backwards (4) jump legs so that they switch positions (5) switch again (6) lift right knee (7-8) step back right, left
*** Tiptoe (1-2) Facing the right side step forwards right and lift left knee (3) tap left toe on floor in front (4) lift left knee (5-6) step backwards left and lift right knee (7) tap right foot on floor behind (8) lift right knee
**** Rhythm squat (1-2) step left into a squat and straighten (3-4) squat again and hamstring curl right (5-8) repeat other side
