Leg Choreography

Body Sculpting pattern from

(pattern 16265)
This is a choreographed conditioning routine that also raises the heart rate. Sometimes I teach each combo individually and then put them together. Other times I make a few adjustments to make it fit to a song verse/chorus and preview the moves in the warm up.
Combo 1
- (1-8) Walk forwards x4 and 2 kicks
- (9-16) Squat x4 travelling backwards (angling the squats)
- (17-64) Repeat 3 more times
Combo 2
- (1-4) Walk to right side
- (5-16) Facing front squat right, left, right
- (17-32) Repeat other side
- (33-64) Repeat again
Combo 3
- (1-6) Step right and 3 repeater inner thigh lift
- (7-8) Step keft and tap right foot backwards
- (9-24) repeat 2 more times on the same side
- (25-32) Step and 4 repeater inner thigh lift
- (33-64) Repeat other side
