- (1-4) Shift side to side with feet wide x2
- (5-8) Shift double time x4 (I only progress to this when they are really warm!)
- (9-16) Grapevine x2
- (17-24) Single, single, double hamstring curl
- (25-32) V-step x2
- (1-16) Step touch x8
- (17-24) Step touch x4 L-shape
- (25-32) Step touch x4 box shape
