I've borrowed many ideas from this site, just thought it's time to give a little back!
- From the right guard stance (right shoulder to the front), 3 quick right jabs moving forward & a left cross punch, then 2 ducks (or slips) back. (8 counts)
- 2 Left knees, left back kick, right hook. (8 counts)
Repeat 4-8 times. This will really get the heartrate up.
