Combo Platter

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 16272)

This is a total body workout that can take just a few minutes, or be expanded by alternating this combination with a cardio combo (sold separately ;->).

I start with fifteen reps of each move, then go back through the sequence with ten reps, then five. However, it's a very flexible combination, so adjust as needed. Keep in mind that each of these moves should flow into the next.

Starting with feet slightly wider than shoulders, do

Now, immediately reverse the order of moves back to the start, using the same number of reps you started with:

Double crunch: start balanced on your butt with feet and shoulders off the ground, hands on floor by rear. Bring your knees and chest together, then return to start. Cross arms at chest to make this move more difficult.
