Attack Combo
This is a
Cycling pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 16274)
Something I have tried when I get borred with the same ole spin classes...I call them attack intervals.
You can add this into the begining or the end of your class or both.
It is an 1.5 minute interval consisting of standing runs, seated sprints and a break. I adjust the seconds on each to add up to 1.5 minutes Can look something like this...
- 15 (standing) : 45 (seated) : 30 (break) and repeat.
- 15 (standing) : 45 (seated) : 30 (break) and repeat.
- 30 (standing) : 30 (seated) : 30 (break) and repeat.
- 30 (standing) : 30 (seated) : 30 (break) and repeat.
- 45 (standing) : 15 (seated) : 30 (break) and repeat.
- 45 (standing) : 15 (seated) : 30 (break) and repeat.
It is a good endurance interval because you can just keep going. :)
