Entire Kickbox Routine

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 16275)

I have used this site a great deal to help me become a better instructor and feel that I should give something back, especially since I am still looking for kickboxing routines all the time. Hope you get this!

Start with your right shoulder forward to the mirror

2 minute interval of jumping jacks, and jump rope, high knees etc.

Repeat all on the other left lead.

  • Right front kick, left front kick moving forward
  • 2 minute interval of jacks, jump rope, high knees, quick switch, etc.

    My class loves this routine and gives them a killer workout, plus they get easily bored so by making one long routine they stay interested.
