This is my first time posting to turnstep.com but I have gotten so many ideas from you all that I need to give back now. If everyone likes the below combos, I have lots more!
These are self-reversing so I always start them out on the right lead.
* Since this is self repeating I go through the pattern three time substituting knee raises and leg out lifts for the hamstring curls.
* This is a self repeating combo as well. I start it out on the right lead so both Z-steps are right lead, the next basic is right lead. If you lead right you will walk around to the left (or to the right if you are on your left lead). The last basics will be on the opposite lead (left if you started right) and this will allow you to start your Z-steps on the opposite lead when self-reversing.
My class loved these combos as they are fast moving and fun once they have them down. Please feel free to email me with any questions you may have.
