Step is horizontal; all combos right-lead and self-reversing.
*L-Squat/Cha=1/2 L-step, but immediately take left leg into a squat off end, so right leg on bench, left leg on floor in squat stance (8,7,6,5); box step or take right leg and step it in front of left leg, crossing it (4); step back left leg (3);walk right/left to right corner (2,1). Members can do regular L-steps if it's too fancy for them.
*Ham crossover=same as 1/2 a helicopter but using hams. Step up right foot (4); cross hamcurl back behind leg and over step (3); step down left/right with bench to your left side (2,1).
*Indecision lunge=side approach, step up/up right/left; lunge right/left, exit right (8); now repeat going left for second indecision lunge.
*Big T Combo=Facing front, step up/up right/left (8,7); squat off right end, right leg on floor at end, left leg still on bench (6,5); step back up onto step or hop 2x center (4,3); squat off left end of bench (2,1); step back up onto step both feet, again you can hop twice (8,7); step down/down (6,5); two jacks (4,3,2,1). Next time you do this combo repeating left, begin squats to left end first.
