- Right lead march forward (4)
- March wide on spot (4)
- Right lead march back (4)
- March wide on spot (4)
- 4 Heel digs (8)
- Right foot tap front, side, in, jump (4)
- Left foot tap front, side, in, jump (4) (for tap sequence arms cross in front chest level, then move out to sides, and cross in front low, then end with bicep curls)
- 4 Step touch (8)
- Grapevine right, left with clap (8)
- Grapevine right, three alternate ham curls (8)
- Grapevine left, three ham curls (8)
- Step-knee-step-step (right lead) x4 (one to each wall) (16)
- Side step right, three knee lifts (left knee crossing over to right), step touch (8)
- Side step right, two knee lifts (left knee crossing), 2 step touch (8)
- Repeat whole pattern (from step-knee-step-step) with left lead
- Long grapevine right, two knee-lifts (8)
- Repeat to left (8)
- Double squat right, left (16)
- Jog forward 4, two jacks (8)
- Jog back, two jacks (8)
- Mambo right lead x2 (8)
- Squat right, left with claps (8)
