Hi/Lo pattern from

Some of these moves are borrowed from this site - thanks to all who post!
64-count pattern starts with right lead and is self-reversing.
- March forward 3, tap (4)
- March back 3, tap (4)
- Grapevine right, left (8)
- Grapevine to right corner, 3 hamstring curls (8)
- Grapevine return, 3 curls (8)
- 4 Step-touch forward (8)
- Double-count jacks back (8)
- 4 Alternate knee lifts with clap (8)
- Ham curls, single single double (8)
Repeat with left lead
After repeating the above several times, I added the following:
- 4 Alternate knees forward (8)
- 4 Side knees on the spot (8)
- 4 Curls backward (8)
- 4 Rear lunges (or skis*) (8) - doing a quarter turn
- Repeat 32 counts facing each wall
* Skis - rear lunges half time, with opposite straight-arms forward (like cross-country skiing)
