March wide

Alternating side toe taps
(arms across front 4)
(single arms reach up 4)
(arms across front again 4)
(arms straight out from shoulders 4)

Heel jacks (bow and arrow arms)
Heel digs front (bicep curls)
- #5 Single knees up (bicep curls)
Single wide knees (same side arm pulls down with knee)
Single side kicks ( upright row arms)
Single front kicks (long lever arms)
Single knees (hands under legs)

Shoop shoop forward right and left 2
Step touch back
Double side step right and left (optional clockwise side step turn around to front- one to the right wall, one to the back wall, one to the left wall and the last to the front of the room)
single side step right

Heel toe turning to right wall
(next do series of light stretches)
Turn to the front and side step right
Toe heel turning to left wall
(then repeat stretches on left)
