Easy 30 minutes Step
This is a
Step pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 16305)
I teach a step and sculpting class, so this pattern is about 30 min long when you break it down then put it together.
It's pretty easy. I got good feedback from beginner and advanced participants.
I start out with an alternating basic...
Combo 1
- Corner to corner ham curls (2)
- Corner to corner knees (2)
- Rocking horse (2)
Combo 2
- V-step (2)
- Turnstep (2)
- Up and straddle (1- then up and back)
- Jacks (4- on ground)
Combo 3
- Jog up (1- exit front)
- Around bench (to home)
- Basic (2)
- L-step (2)
Combo #4 - power
- Jog up alternating (2 each right/left)
- Repeater instep (knee up, tap inside heel) (2)
- Repeater abductor (2)
- Curb walk (2)
For all combos, start with right lead then repeat with left lead... then move to next combo. It was a fun class!!
